Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant will assist with the daily clerical functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including answering phone calls, emails, filing, and other tasks as assigned.

Human Resources Coordinator

Responsible for facilitating all key HR functions and programs. Includes all issues raised by current and future employees related to employment, compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, terminations, and LOAs, Workers Comp & Unemployment.

Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator is responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting training programs. Responsibilities include communicating with staff, Directors and Executive Team to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. This position is open to candidates in Central and Western MA, with the chosen candidate working in the office closest to them, and some travel required.
