We are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to process all payable such as vendor invoices and independent contractor payments. A/P Associate will work closely with the Accounts Payable Clerk and will report to the Director of Finance. Additional tasks include: Serving as a liaison with all vendors, prepares account analysis, payment registers, processes, prints and mails all payments per Accounts Payable Schedule. Knowledge of Accounts Payable process, vendor management, data entry and Excel experience preferred.
