Kenny graduated from Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics. After graduation, he worked at Fidelity Investments in Boston for three years as a shareholder representative. Prior to working at Nonotuck, he worked at Aaron’s Sales and Leasing and Rent-A-Center as a store manager respectively for 15 years. He is fluent in Khmer. He loves the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins, Boston Celtics and The New England Revolution. When he’s not working, he enjoys camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, and mountain biking. In addition, he volunteers for the Cambodian community in Lowell as a technical coordinator at Lowell Telecommunications Corporation. He has two kids, Justin and Samantha. His favorite quote is, “It is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for what you are not,” by André Gide.

Monineth Hang, who also goes by Moni, joined Nonotuck in 2024 as a Care Manager. While this marks the beginning of her career in human services, Moni brings a rich background in mentoring and communication, developed through her work with high school students and the Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association. These experiences sparked her passion for supporting people and fostering meaningful connections within her community.
Drawn to Nonotuck’s dedication to community and personalized care, Moni is excited to contribute to a team that prioritizes compassion and individualized support. She brings a unique blend of cultural perspectives and international experiences, creating a deeper understanding of diverse needs and perspectives within the Nonotuck community.

Sarina Sory has been a nurse since 2017, inspired to enter the field by her experience helping sick family members. She became aware of Nonotuck because her grandmother receives services from us.

Sharon graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College with an associate’s degree in Nursing. In October 2015 she received her bachelor’s degree through Chamberlain College of Nursing. Prior to working at Nonotuck, she worked as a medical assistant in Lowell General Hospital and then, after having two boys, she became a daycare teacher. She would bring them to work and was able to see every milestone they accomplished in life. Sharon enjoys spending time with her children. They all enjoy hiking, swimming and spending weekends at the Cape when the weather is warm.

Siharany Nong-Soth, known as “Rany,” joined Nonotuck in 2024 as a Care Manager in the Lowell office. Her journey in human services began in 2013 when she volunteered with various organizations, an experience that shaped her deep empathy and passion for supporting others. Rany’s volunteer work sparked her love for community service and solidified her commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
What drew Rany to Nonotuck was the organization’s dedication to empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. She admires Nonotuck’s mission and is excited to contribute to its supportive and inclusive community.
Outside of work, Rany is an adventurer at heart. She enjoys dancing, traveling, exploring new places, and discovering unique flavors as an adventurous eater. Her favorite foods include the comforting, aromatic flavors of Cambodian noodle soup and the versatile creativity of hot pot. She also cherishes the simple joys of life, like riding bikes with her parents in her small childhood town in California—a memory that still brings her a sense of comfort and security.
Rany draws inspiration from Abraham Lincoln’s words, “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” She brings a unique blend of cultural perspectives, humor, and wit to Nonotuck, fostering a lighthearted and inclusive atmosphere while learning from the experiences of others.

Sindelle graduated from Barry University in Miami, Florida, in 2012 with a bachelor’s in science of nursing. She’s currently taking classes towards her master’s degree in nursing. Prior to working at Nonotuck, she worked at Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley as PCA RN and also as a fall prevention assessors for LifePlans Inc. She fluently speaks and comprehends Spanish and Portuguese and enjoys working in the community and helping people with small resources. Her favorite sport is soccer and she loves watching soccer games with her husband.

Vathanak Hok, or “Vee,” joined Nonotuck in 2024 as a Care Manager in the Lowell office. His journey in human services began during his college years, volunteering with the Helping Hands Club for events such as the Breast Cancer Walk and activities at the Boys & Girls Club. These early experiences, combined with years in customer service, deepened his connection to others and inspired his commitment to making a positive impact.
Drawn to Nonotuck for its passion and dedication to helping individuals with disabilities and the elderly live authentic lives, Vee is excited to contribute to the organization’s mission of empowering and supporting its community members.
Vee’s love of life shines through in his interests and hobbies. A passionate cook, he enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, singing karaoke, walking, watching new movies, and diving into a good book. He has a love for alternative and pop music, with touches of folk, ballad, country, and jazz adding to his eclectic tastes. His favorite foods include classic comfort dishes like hamburgers, fries, and fish and chips, as well as French pastries.
One of Vee’s favorite memories is riding in the back of a pickup truck to the beach, a simple yet joyful experience that reflects his appreciation for life’s small moments of connection and freedom.
