The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee at Nonotuck Resource Associates Inc. is committed to nurturing an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace where every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. Our mission is to foster understanding and appreciation of diversity in all its forms, promote a culture of belonging, and empower all employees to be agents of change. We support this through organizing open dialogues, educational events, and information sessions. By integrating DEIB principles into our policies and practices, we aim to create an environment where everyone is encouraged to bring their whole selves to work, contributing to a richer, more vibrant community and enhancing our collective success.
