Nonotuck Resource Associates, Inc. is proud to announce the promotion of Amanda Stanislas to Human Resources and Payroll Manager. Stanislas previously served as Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, after being hired at Nonotuck as Payroll Administrator in 2018.
She describes her reaction to being promoted as “Very happy. I’m excited to bring my strengths and knowledge to this new position; growth happens most when you step out of your comfort zone.”
She continues: “Nonotuck has a great overall sense of community, and I’m always continuously inspired by our staff, and the care that they put into their work. It amazes me every day.”
Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Finance & Administration Diane Basnet praises Stanislas for going above and beyond in her job. “She is always pleasant and resourceful! Amanda is committed to the Nonotuck values, professional in all her interactions, and produces high-quality work,” Basnet says. “In her new role she will become more involved with Human Resources and supervise a new payroll clerk position. This promotion is well-deserved, and I look forward to her career development at Nonotuck!”
Stanislas earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She lives in Easthampton with her husband, two sons, and dog.
