Nurse Appreciation: Lowell Office

In celebration of National Nurses Month (May), and National Nurses Week May 6-12 we asked our community just what makes our nurses so special. Sochanviphea Loch RN, BSN, Assistant Program Director of North Central AFC Services in Lowell, provided this appreciation.

Thank you to all nurses. It takes a lot of passion and commitment to do what you do every day for our community. You go above and beyond to make sure that all your members’ needs are met and that they can continue to receive the service and care that they deserve. You have been working so hard through the challenging time during the pandemic to care for your members and to treat them with dignity and respect. You have made a huge difference in a lot of people’s lives. You made it possible for them to live a meaningful life with their loved ones. Thank you for your patience, you caring attitude, your professional relationship with the people you serve and their families, and your willingness to work as a team. All your hard work is truly and greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

“(Through shared living) people with a disability experience a real transformation and discover confidence in themselves; they discover their capacity to make choices, and also find a certain liberty and above all their dignity as human beings.”
