Finance Assistant

Nonotuck Resource Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Finance Assistant. This is a non-exempt, 8am-4pm position reporting to the Senior Accountant. The Finance Assistant works on behalf of the individuals for which Nonotuck is Representative Payee regarding their financial needs and completes all procedures as per approved Rep-Payee Policies.  The Finance Assistant also works alongside the Staff Accountant in the reconciliation of Transaction Reports for those individuals in which Nonotuck has delegated money management responsibilities. The Finance Assistant will also be assigned finance department projects outside of the Rep-Payee program.

Payroll Clerk

Nonotuck Resource Associate, Inc., a non-profit human service agency, is seeking a Payroll Clerk responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll.  The role will be responsible for but not limited to, all aspects of processing, time and attendance, compliance, data accuracy, record keeping, and reconciliations. Advanced knowledge of payroll tax filings, general ledger systems, 401(k) compliance, and Microsoft Excel ideal. 

Familiarity with CheckWriters Payroll software preferred.

Staff Accountant

Nonotuck Resource Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant.  This is a non-exempt, 8am-4pm position reporting to the Senior Accountant.  Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field required. Associate’s degree in related field with 2-3 years of experience also accepted. Experience in a non-profit setting preferred.
