Nonotuck Celebrates Amazing Workplace Certification

Nonotuck Resource Associates is proud to once again announce its certification as an Amazing Workplace, a recognition that reflects the organization’s commitment to creating a supportive, welcoming, and engaging environment for its employees.

The Amazing Workplace certification recognizes organizations that prioritize employee satisfaction, engagement, and workplace well-being. The certification process includes employee feedback gathered through a survey evaluating workplace happiness, job satisfaction, and other aspects of the employee experience.

The Amazing Workplace certification process found that:

98% of employees were in the range of “satisfied” to “very happy”

88% of employees were either “happy” or “Very happy”

161 of 264 (61%) of employees participated, about 25% above the standard Amazing workplace response.

“Being recognized once again as an Amazing Workplace is especially meaningful because it directly reflects the experiences and perspectives of our employees,” says Nonotuck President/CEO George H. Fleischner. “I don’t see survey results like this as a finish line—I see them as both an affirmation of what we are doing well and a challenge to remain thoughtful and self-critical about our culture. The real measure will be whether our staff continue to feel heard, supported, respected, and proud to be part of Nonotuck.”
