Now Hiring: Clinicians Across Massachusetts

Nonotuck Resource Associates is seeking Clinicians in Brockton, Auburn, and Easthampton to join our teams supporting people with disabilities throughout Massachusetts.

Clinicians play an important role on Nonotuck’s interdisciplinary teams, bringing clinical expertise to person-centered, community-based services. Working alongside caregivers, Care Managers, nurses, families, and other members of the support team, Clinicians help ensure that each person’s services reflect their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

The role includes conducting clinical assessments and ongoing observations; providing counseling and consultation; developing behavior management, positive behavioral support, and psychotropic medication treatment plans; and accompanying people to clinical appointments when appropriate. Clinicians also provide training to caregivers and staff, collaborate with families and outside providers, and serve as liaisons with state agencies and other organizations.

Candidates should have a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or a related field, along with experience providing clinical care to people with developmental disabilities. Experience with Shared Living or home-based services is preferred. Knowledge of DDS, Adult Family Care, and HCBS waivers is helpful but not required.

All three positions are full-time, Monday–Friday roles and include a $3,000 sign-on bonus, hybrid office/work-from-home model, paid time off, 13 paid holidays, health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, mileage reimbursement, and additional benefits.
