Watch: 'Learn to Live'

One of the goals of the Nonotuck Wellness Committee is to highlight the many amazing benefits that you have access to as part of the Nonotuck Team. The first that we want to share is Learn to Live.

Learn to Live is a benefit from Blue Cross Blue Shield that offers programs addressing several focus areas:

  • Resilience
  • Social Anxiety Depression Stress, Anxiety, & Worry,
  • Insomnia
  • Substance Use
  • Panic

The programs are accessed online, self-paced, and available 24/7, so you can start, stop, and continue where you left off at any time from the privacy of your own home. Upon registration you can take an assessment to see what program best fits your needs. You can even get personal coaching by phone, email, or text!

Those with Nonotuck BCBS insurance can access this great benefit via the Learn to Live website or app and enter the code WELLNESS to begin.

Caregiving with Love:
Guide for Shared Living Providers

Learn how Nonotuck developed a love-based ideology of care. We started our shared living program as an alternative to group homes for people with disabilities. Instead, Shared Living creates genuine life transformation for people with disabilities, as well as families and communities. The true power of caregiving is found through hospitality, authenticity, and love.
