Founded as an off shoot of Nonotuck Resource Associates Inc.. the ITDT is a separate entity from that agency. However, the ITDT can draw on Nonotuck's vast resources and the innovations they have made to residential service delivery. That is a winning ticket to success. Training Symposia:The ITDT has created a training forum designed to meet the needs of human service and family organizations throughout the region. The Training Institute provides a quarterly forum of trainings across a variety of events. Let us know how we can support your ideas. Special Events, Conferences and Symposia:Often ideas or aspects of service are in need of a forum in which they can be introduced to a broader audience. These events are not always easy to develop or prepare for. Furthermore, finding a voice among competing enterprises can be difficult. The ITDT can help you to develop and additionally support your forum. Thought Development:
Consultation and Cooperative Services:The ITDT offers consultation to organizations in shaping new programs or problem solving systems issues. We offer a wide variety of support from small business management to helping organizations make significant shifts in service supports and much in between. We are also seeking to work with other agencies in support of common ideas and as a measure of forging bonds of support around special activities. The ITDT strongly believes that such fundamental interaction is important to the service of people. |
The
ITDT is a center designed to provide and assist in the formulation,
testing and application of ideas and activities that serve humanity.
It is founded on the notion that innovation often needs to be supported
in the form of time or funding to come to fruition. This center would
provide the qualified candidate with both supports. Several endeavors
lie within the framework of ITDT that define it's unique and diverse
qualities.
Often
new ideas are dropped as impractical, too time consuming or too cost
prohibitive. The ITDT provides a supportive environment in which to
explore and develop these ideas to fruition. This support can come in
many ways, from a physical place to meet to coordination of activities,
to personnel support to time and financial support depending on need.
We are particularly interested in supporting ideas that advance current
trends or introduce new innovations to the service of people. Ideas
that change the way people think about things or introduce new paths
to knowledge are always welcome for consideration. The ITDT is committed
to support new enterprise.
